All refunds will be processed after the Conference.

  1. Conference Registration fee will be 90% refunded if the cancellation notice is received in writing by Bakhus Travel &Tours post marked/ Dated on/ or before 03 April, 2007, after this date to 20 May, 2007 50% will be refunded. After this date there will be no refund.
  2. Hotel reservations will be fully refunded if cancellation notice is received in writing by Bakhus Travel and Tours post marked/ Dated on/ or before 01 May 2007 after this date to 15. May 2007 one night no-show fee will be charged. After this date there will be no refund. And all cancellations is subject to plus 50 administration fee.
  3. Cancellations of Post Tours: Cancellations made;
    21 days before departure date: 100% refund less 30 for administration costs
    48 hours before departure date: 50% refund less 50 for administration costs
    After 48 hours before departure date: non-refundable
